(b) Painter's wages

(1) Putty applied to dirty and damaged areas should be re-sanded.

(2) 1 coat of putty, 1 coat of primer, and 2 coats of paint will be applied.

(3) The painter shall arrange for the brushes, brushes, and other tools required for painting.

(4) The risk of applying paint must be borne by the person applying the paint themselves.
