Information about the purchase of goods!

As the Lamahi Drinking Water Consumer and Sanitation Organization, Lamahi Dang, has to purchase the goods as per the specifications, this notice has been published to submit quotations with the prices of the materials mentioned in the specifications along with the necessary records and documents within 9 days from the date of publication of the notice.

Required records and documents to be submitted:

1. Firm supplier's registration renewal and copy of business registration certificate.

2. Copy of PAN registration certificate and tax payment certificate (2081182 or 80.81)

3. The application, along with the time frame within which the requested materials can be supplied, must be submitted on the firm's letterhead.

4. The details of the materials mentioned in the specification must be submitted clearly stating the price per unit.

A. 41 HP Summer Sewage Water Motor Head Above 100 Meters and ISI/ISO Accredited

b. Water meter received 1/2 inch NS mark

5. The above-mentioned items will be further reduced according to the needs of the organization.

* Conditions for cancellation of quotation:

1. Failure to submit all documents as mentioned above

2. If a sample picture showing the quality of the above mentioned materials is not provided with the quotation

3. If the proposal is not submitted in a manner that clearly shows the unit price of the above-mentioned materials

* The organization reserves the right to accept or reject the bid in whole or in part.

* Last date for submission of quotation: 2082/07/11

* Place to submit quotation: Organization's office, Rato Danda

Note:- If the last day for submitting the quotation falls on a public holiday, the office will be open the next day.
