1. Sealed bids are invited for the repair of Civil and Mechanical Lab equipment at Pokhara University School of Engineering in the financial year 2082-2083.

2. Interested and eligible bidders who wish to submit sealed bids may contact the School of Engineering, Pokhara-30, Dhungepatan, Kaski at 061-41125/504141 or visit the office's website www.pu.edu.np. for further information or to view the sealed bid form.

3. Eligible businessmen who wish to repair civil and mechanical lab equipment can purchase the sealed bid documents by submitting a written application along with a firm registration certificate, VAT or PAN and tax payment by 5:00 PM on 2083/01/02, at the School of Engineering, Pokhara-30, Dhungepatan, Kaski.

4. Sealed bids should be registered at School of Engineering, Pokhara-30, Kaski by 12:00 noon on 2083/01/03. Bids received after the mentioned time will be rejected.

5. The sealed bids received will be opened on 2083/01/03 at 2:00 PM in the presence of the bidders or their representatives who wish to attend at the School of Engineering, Pokhara-30, Kaski. The validity period of the bids shall be at least 45 days from the date of opening of the bids. A bid security of Rs. 26,000.- (Twenty-six thousand in characters only) shall be mandatory to be submitted along with the bids. The said security amount shall be maintained for at least 75 days from the date of opening of the sealed bids i.e. till 2083/03/25. If the bidders wish to keep cash as security, the account number of Kamana Sewa Bikas Bank Limited in the name of the School of Engineering shall be The amount can be deposited in 01713400208628000003 or NIC Asia Bank account number 1641051581752401 and the voucher of the deposited amount must be submitted along with the sealed bid or a bank guarantee issued in favor of this office by any commercial bank of Nepal with a maturity date of the same amount as mentioned above must be submitted.

6. If the day of receipt, submission or opening of the bids falls on a public holiday, the next business day will be considered as the basis. In such a case, the validity period of the bids and bid security will be calculated from the previous date.

7. Matters not mentioned in this notice shall be governed by the Public Procurement Act 2063, Public Procurement Regulations 2064, and Pokhara University Procurement Regulations 2072.
