Description of required works and services

1. Work related to the supply of various medicines and medicinal health supplies (medicines, vaccines, antidotes, family planning tools, nutritional supplements, pesticides, insecticides, test kits, etc.)

2. Work related to the supply of various health tools and equipment

3. Vaccine and Cold Chain Equipment Walk in Cooler/Freezer, Ice line refrigerator, Refrigerator van, Deep Freezer Generator Spare Parts Supply, Dismantling, reinstallation, connection and maintenance work

4. Software, web applications, web portals, server management/upgrades/interoperability, security system construction, testing, installation and operation, support related services

5. Information technology services including Internet, communication, telephone, networking, Group SMS/SMS gateway,

6. Consultancy services for the development and revision of thematic policy documents of various divisions such as strategies/guidelines/procedures/protocols/training modules/standards/checklist creation/report writing, including content development and revision.

7. Printing, publishing, broadcasting related services

8. Cleaning, landscaping, security services

9. Supply and repair of machinery, equipment, parts, and supplies including computers, laptops, printers, photocopiers, ACs, CCTVs, IT equipment, routers, etc.

10. Work related to vehicle, refrigeration van repair and spare parts supply

11. Furniture and furnishing and repair work

12. Work related to the supply of stationery and office supplies

13. Work related to construction, repair and maintenance of buildings and infrastructure

14. Shipping and transportation services (medicine/equipment transportation, vehicle hire)

15. Insurance Services (Vehicle/Warehouse/Equipment & Renewal)

16. Lunch, bottled water, tanker water, supply related work

17. Work related to the supply of textbooks, including books, newspapers and magazines

18. Work related to fuel and mobile supply for vehicles and generators
