Notice regarding being listed in the current list to purchase Backhoe Loader through the catalog method!!!

As this Gorkha Municipality has to purchase 1 Backhoe Loader through catalog shopping method in accordance with Sub-section (1) Clause (a) of Section 8 of the Public Procurement Act 2063 and Rule 31 of the Public Procurement Regulations 2064, the manufacturing company or its authorized sellers are requested to submit the necessary documents (company/firm registration certificate, tax payment certificate of FY 081/82, VAT/PAN certificate, certificate of being an authorized seller of the concerned official company, other necessary documents) to the office of this municipality or through the official email of the municipality gorkhamun@gmail.com within the office hours on 2081/02/13. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned to be listed in the existing list.
