Notice Regarding Vendors Enlistment

Group (A): Supply and maintenance of hospital/office supplies and equipment

1. Supply of office equipment, computers, laptops, photocopy machines, fax machines, scanners, printers, UPS, batteries, generators, air conditioners, note counting machines, CC cameras, staplers, etc. and related items including repair and maintenance,

2. Supply of all electrical and electronic related goods and related goods including repair and maintenance works,

3. All tasks related to Networking devices, Server Equipment, Internet and Intranet,

4. Supply of signboards, glowboards, flexboards and related repair and maintenance works,

5. Furniture fixtures: (drawers, tables, chairs, racks, etc.) supply and related repair and maintenance works,

6. Vehicle repair and maintenance work,

7. Works including supply of construction materials

8. Air ticket services.

Group (B): Printing stationery and others

1. Supply and refilling of ink, ribbons, cartridges for printers, photocopiers, fax machines, etc.,

2. Medical Record File, OPD. (IPD/OPD Paper), RX Slip, Receipt, Emergency Unit Form, Drug Cardex etc.

Goods printing and supply works,

3. Annual diary, calendar printing work.

Group (C): Health supplies and other various services

1. Surgical supplies, laboratory reagents, X-ray films and chemicals, dental supplies, orthopedic supplies and implants, medical equipment and services, cleaning and laundry chemicals and textile supplies,

2. Medicines, other miscellaneous goods and services related to pharmacy,

3. Spare parts and repairs for proprietary medical devices

4. All tasks related to the creation, upgrade and maintenance of Hospital Management Software,

5. Work related to hospital advertising and public awareness publication, 6.

Surgical masks, gloves, sanitizers, thermal guns, PPE, syringes, bandages and other essential health/surgical supplies,

7. Supply and maintenance of various other necessary goods.
