Notice Regarding Vendors Enlistment

1. Supply, repair and spare parts for office electrical equipment (computers or laptops, printers, photocopy machines, UPS batteries, inverter machines, CC cameras, projectors, scanners)

2. Electrics

3. Printing and design related tasks

4. Stationery materials (muslin and miscellaneous)

5. Work related to book supply

6. Supply of sports equipment

7. Sports-related dresses and marking cloth needed to make exam covers

8. Supply of medicine and surgical supplies

9. Supply of science laboratory equipment and materials

Documents to be submitted

1. Copy of certificate of organization or firm registration

2. Copy of Permanent Account Number or Value Added Tax Registration Certificate

3. Copy of tax payment certificate for FY 2082/083

4. Professional license as required

No action will be taken against applications submitted without a condition.

2. A separate application must be filed for each fee and service.

3. If a listed firm or company does not supply satisfactory services or goods, it may be removed from the list.

4. All rights to list or not to list shall be vested in this campus.

5. If the last day of list registration falls on a holiday, the application can be registered the next day.
