Documents to be submitted with the application:

1) Copy of the firm registration and renewal certificate.

2) Copy of permanent account and value added tax registration and renewal certificate.

3) Copy of tax payment certificate for fiscal year 2081/82.

4) Self-declaration application stating that one is not disqualified or blacklisted as per prevailing law.

5) In the case of brokerage services, including the company profile and audit report for the fiscal year 2081/82.

6) Stockbroker service providers must submit an application as per the format provided on the company's website http://nagariksd.com.np/Downloads.
