This financial institution has to purchase the materials and services required for the financial year 2083/084 as per the details as per the details repeatedly or at once, and therefore, a list of firms/companies dealing in the related materials and services has to be prepared. Interested suppliers, service provider firms and companies are requested to register the details of the materials or services to be supplied by them at the central office of this financial institution, Kushma, Parbat within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.

Details of goods and services to be obtained through the listed firm/company:

1. Printing and supply of all types of stationery, visiting cards, ID cards, stamps, T-shirt printing and printed stationery, calendar printing and supply.

2. Supply and repair services of computers (desktop and laptop), printers, photocopy machines, scanners, check writers, telephone sets, networking, and other equipment.

3. Supply of ink cartridges, toner, toner refills, and other materials for printers, photocopy machines, and fax machines.

4. Signboard, hoarding board, flex, banner manufacturing, writing and supply services.

5. Supply and repair services of metal furniture (file cabinets, steel drawers, safe vaults, fans, etc.), iron furniture, and all wooden furniture.

6. Supply and repair services of servers, CCTV cameras, online UPS, batteries and all electrical and electronic related equipment.

7. Services for various insurance policies?

8. Supply of non-printed stationery, stationery items and retail items.

9. Annual report and advertisement printing, designing and courier services.

10. Hotel, seminar hall and restaurant services, transportation services, travel for conducting training and seminars

and travel related services.

11. Employee uniform supply service.

12. Services related to interior decoration and construction of buildings.

13. Supply of vehicles, supply of vehicle parts, lubricants and repair services.

14. Services related to the supply and maintenance of other miscellaneous materials and services.

Documents required for list registration

1. Application form with details of registration.

2. Copy of firm/company registration certificate.

3. Copy of Permanent Account Number (PAN), Value Added Tax (VAT) registration certificate.

4. Copy of annual tax payment certificate or tax return filing certificate.

5. Copy of business registration certificate with local authority (including renewal)

The financial institution shall have the right to complete or partially complete the work related to the above goods and services or not. The financial institution shall not be obliged to list all the firms and companies that submit applications for registration. If the goods and services of the listed companies and firms are not found to be satisfactory, their names may be removed from the said list without notice.
