1) To be listed, you will have to fill out the application form available from the financial institution and submit copies of the documents mentioned in the notice, attested by yourself. 2) Out of the applications received for listing, only those vendor firms and companies that are deemed eligible will be listed based on the details, capabilities, experience, and skills submitted.

3) All required documents, copies of experience certificates and other documents must be submitted at the time of registration.

4) To procure goods and services as per the requirements of this financial institution, listed vendors and firms may be requested to participate in the work through quotations or bids.

5) If the listed companies and firms do not provide satisfactory services and goods on time, they may be removed from the list. No claim or objection can be made on this. All rights regarding listing or not will remain vested in this financial institution.
