Printing related work: (Receipt exam question papers, ledgers, certificates, school annual newsletter souvenirs, diaries, calendar designs and

printing etc.)

Building and school premises maintenance: (plumbing, wiring, painting and construction material supply) Promotional materials: (banners, flexes, brochures, pamphlets, information booklets, and visiting cards design and printing)

2. Required documents to be submitted with the application:

1. Certified copy of firm, company registration certificate.

2. Copy of Value Added Tax (VAT) or Permanent Account Number (PAN) registration certificate.

3. Tax payment certificate for the fiscal year 2081/2082 (or the latest fiscal year as per the rules).

4. Details of the organization (profile) and past work experience (if any).

3. Other conditions:

No action will be taken against applications received after the deadline or in incomplete form. Listing the firm does not necessarily guarantee that the school will award the purchase order or contract. The school reserves the right to make the final decision in this regard.
