As per the Local Government Operation Act 2074, Quota ACCESS 2075 62 A, the decision of the 17th Village Assembly of Aanbukhaireni Rural Municipality and the provisions of Section 14 of this Aanbukhaireni Rural Municipality Finance Act, 2081, it is necessary to excavate riverine materials from the approved ghats of the rivers mentioned in the schedule as per the prescribed standards and sell them at the rate prescribed by Aanbukhaireni Rural Municipality, and this notice has been published for all concerned to participate in the contract (E-BID) process. The rate of riverine materials (stones, gravel, sand, etc.) per cubic foot (excluding tax) is Rs. 9.00-(nine).

1. The bid form can be downloaded from PPMO's website http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp until the 30th day from the date of publication of the notice.

2. A scanned copy of the bank voucher for depositing the amount for the bid form fee in the Inland Revenue Account No. 0170061845400028 of this office at Machhapuchhre Bank Ltd., Awukhaireni Branch should be uploaded.

3. Bid forms must be submitted in PDF format by 12:00 PM on the 31st day of the bid period, along with all documents (in addition to the Nepali citizenship certificate, individual, firm or company renewal certificate, VAT registration certificate/permanent account registration certificate and certified copy of tax payment for the financial year 080/081) on PPMO's website http://www. bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

4. The e-submitted bids will be opened at this office at 2:00 PM on the 31st day in the presence of the bidder or his representative. There will be no impediment to opening the bids even if the bidder or his representative is not present. If the day of purchase, submission, or opening of the bids falls on a holiday, it will be held on the next day at the same time and place.

5. If the bidder's bid submitted through E-Bidding is not registered at the time of opening of the bid or if the uploaded file is in an unreadable format or corrupted, it will not be included in the evaluation.
