Since the goods and services mentioned in the details required by Arambha Chaitari Microfinance Institution Limited are to be purchased through sealed bids, interested registered/firm companies approved to transact the related subject are requested to contact the Operations Department of the Central Office of this organization located at Banepa-10, Kavrepalanchok and submit the confidential sealed bid proposal to the Operations Department of the Central Office of the organization within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice, after depositing the bid form fee of Rs. 2000 (in words Rs. two thousand only (non-refundable) in the mentioned bank, subject to the specified conditions. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.

1. Bidders wishing to purchase the bid form should attach the updated company/firm registration renewal certificate, permanent account number, license, authorized dealer certificate, VAT registration certificate and a copy of the tax payment slip of the previous financial year along with the application. Also, the bid form fee should be deposited in the account name of this organization at NIC Asia Bank, Banepa branch: AARAMBHA CHAUTARI LAGHUBITTA BITTIYA SANSTHA LTD, Account No. 0741051579752401 (non-refundable) and then the Request For Proposal should be purchased.

2. The bid application form can be downloaded from the organization's website https://aarambhachautari.com/cat/download. While submitting the form, the bank voucher for the fee paid should also be attached.

3. After submitting the bid form, interested firms/companies may request a Request for Proposal (RFP) from the organization's operations department with a formal application, and the necessary bid details will be provided based on the application received.

4. A bank guarantee or Earnest Money Deposit of at least 5 percent of the bid amount must be provided along with the bid.

5. The bidder must be a local company registered in Nepal for at least 3 years.

6. The bidder must be an authorized partner of the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and must attach the Authorized Letter issued by the original manufacturer and the MAF (Manufacturer Authorization Form) letter must be sent directly from the OEM to the financial institution's email address (operation@aarambhachautari.com).

7. The purchased bid form should be sealed and registered at the registered office of this financial institution, clearly mentioning the name of your company/firm, address, bid number and contact number on the outside of the envelope, by 5:00 PM on 2082.05.30. The sealed bid form will be opened at the central office of the financial institution at 11:00 AM on 2082.05.31 in the presence of the bidders or their representatives and the representatives of the office. There will be no obstacle to opening the bids even if the bidders or their representatives are not present.

8. The price mentioned in the bid by the bidder should be stated in the rate including all taxes. If there is a difference between the figures and letters in the rate, the letters will be accepted. If there is a mark, the mark should be stamped in the place where it is marked.

9. No action will be taken against bids that are out of date, incomplete, conditional, contain false information, or do not include the details required in the bidding documents.

10. This financial institution shall have the sole right to accept, reject, or partially accept the bid.

11. Bid Terms and Conditions: The matters mentioned in the bid form shall be as per this bidding document and the matters not mentioned in the bid shall be as per the Financial Administrative Regulations of Financial Institutions, 2077 BS and other prevailing laws.
