As per the provisions of Sub-section 6 of Section 2 of Sub-section 2 of Section 11 of the Local Government Operation Act, 2074, the work of excavation, sale and collection of export fees of stones, gravel, sand and riverine materials (excluding mining areas) within the area of ​​this municipality as per the initial environmental assessment report has to be done through contract arrangement. Therefore, the riverine materials have to be excavated from the approved ghats of the following rivers/rivers as per the prescribed standards and sold at the per unit rate mentioned in Schedule-7 of the Karnali Province Economic Act, 2082. Therefore, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned to submit the said bids subject to the conditions as specified in the details along with the certificate of renewal of the firm, value added tax registration certificate, tax payment certificate of FY 2080/081 and Nepali citizenship certificate and a declaration letter stating that they are eligible to perform the said work.
