1. Agricultural Research Center, Pakhribas, Dhankuta invites bids from individuals and suppliers registered with the relevant bodies engaged in the business of ration/feed supply for the supply or purchase of poultry and goat feed (poultry and goat feed) under contract no. ARSPakhribas/NCB/Goods/01-2082/83 of FY 2082/83. Feed) Purchase Car

2. The type, quantity and quality of feed to be purchased shall be as specified in the bidding documents.

3. Interested suppliers who wish to purchase bidding documents will be able to e-bid for ration/grain procurement through the Public Procurement Monitoring Office's portal: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Interested bidders can participate by logging in to the website and following the instructions received.

4. The non-refundable fee for the bidding documents of Rs. 3000/- (three thousand in characters) should be uploaded in PDF format along with a scanned copy of the bank voucher deposited in cash in the name of this office, Agricultural Research Center, Pakhribas, Dhankuta, in the account number 0500991426200013 of Machhapuchhe Bank Limited, Hile Branch.

5. The pre-bid meeting will be held on 2082/06/01 at 1:00 PM at the Agricultural Research Center, Pakhribas, Dhankuta.

6. The bidder must upload all the documents to be submitted along with the bid in scanned copy pdf format at www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp by 12:00 PM on 2082/06/12.

7. Along with the bid, a bank voucher of Rs. 75,000/- (Seventy-five thousand only) deposited in cash in the name of the Treasury and Controller of Accounts Office, Dhankuta, Rastriya Banijya Bank Limited, Dhankuta Branch, mentioning the code of this office No. 312410601, or a scanned copy of the bid security letter issued in the name of this office from any recognized official bank in the name of this office stating the purpose of the work and contract details, should be uploaded in pdf format and submitted. The validity period of the bid should be at least 30 days more than 90 days or 120 days, calculated from the last date of submission of bids.

8. Bidders can withdraw or modify their online bids submitted online by logging into the system within the deadline for submission.

9. Bids submitted by e-submission will be opened at 1:00 PM on 12/06/2082 at this office in the presence of the Bid Opening Committee and other invited representatives and the representatives of the bidders. The absence of the bidders or any of their representatives will not hinder the opening of the bids.

10. If the last day for submission and opening of bids falls on a public holiday, the work will be done on the next office opening day following the holiday at the same time.

11. The bid should clearly state the item-wise rate in both figures and words. In case of any discrepancy between figures and words, the rate written in words will be accepted. In case of discrepancy, the bidder should have his signature.

12. In the case of matters not mentioned in the notice, the Public Procurement Act 2063 BS and the Public Procurement Regulations 2064 BS will apply.
