Invitation for Electronic Bids

1. Alternative Energy Promotion Centre (AEPC) invites Electronic Bids for the Procurement of Services "Providing the Security Services in the Office of AEPC" under National Competitive Bidding (NBC) procedures as specified in the prevailing Public Procurement Act and Public Procurement Regulations of Nepal. Bidding is open to all eligible and qualified Bidders/Service Providers.

2. Interested Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Document in English at the office of AEPC, Tahachal, Kathmandu or may visit e-GP system of PPMO: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

3. A complete set of Bidding Documents for the task in English is available online and may be downloaded for e-submission from the e-GP system of PPMO: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of Bidding Document (non-refundable fee) of NRs. 3,000.00 in the Rajaswa (Revenue) Bank Account as specified below and a scanned copy in PDF format of the voucher/receipt of the deposited amount must be submitted/uploaded along with the Electronic Bid.

4. Interested Eligible and Qualified Bidders/Service Providers are required to submit the Electronic Bids through e-GP system of PPMO www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 Noon on 6 August 2025.

5. Submitted Electronic Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidder's representatives who choose to attend at 12:15 P.M. on 6 August 2025 at the office of AEPC, Tahachal, Kathmandu, Nepal.

6. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the date of Bid opening and must be accompanied by a scanned copy of Bid Security in PDF format, amounting to a minimum of NRs. 90,000.00, which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period (i.e., Valid up to a minimum 3 December 2025).

7. If the bidder wishes to submit the Bid Security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in Office Code 3080002 and Account Name DTCO, Kathmandu, Bank Account No. 1201200001002524 at Nepal Rastra Bank, Thapathali, and submit/upload the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the eBid.
