Sale of Plant, Equipment, Machines, Technology, Goods, Structures at Hoopiland Fun Park

operated by Altitude Innovation Pvt. Ltd.

Altitude Innovation Pvt. Ltd., registered with the Office of the Registrar of Companies under Pvt. Ltd. No. 56992, has been operating Whoopee Land Fun Park on lease of about 40 ropanis of land in Chobhar, Kirtipur Municipality, Kathmandu District, since 2073.03.22, but the lease period of 17 ropanis 5 aanas of land has expired and the landowners have informed that the land lease agreement will not be renewed again. Therefore, as per the agreement, the land has to be vacated and it is not possible to operate the fun park on the remaining land alone. Therefore, all the plants, machines, technology, materials, and structures installed and constructed in the fun park, as they are, are being sold in their current condition at a minimum price of Rs. 5,25,00,000.- (Five crore twenty-five lakh rupees). Since all the structures including swimming pool, road, wall etc. in the Fun Park have to be removed and the land has to be returned to its original condition, individuals, firms, companies or organizations interested in purchasing and taking away all the materials in the Fun Park are requested to submit their proposals clearly stating the price they wish to purchase within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice to the address mentioned below. The proposals received will be opened and sold at the company's office at 11:00 AM on the 16th day. The proposers are also requested to be present at that time. Conditions:

1. Partial offers will not be accepted.

2. The goods must be removed and the land restored to its previous condition within 3 months.

3. 25% of the amount will have to be paid at the time of signing the agreement. Reliable security must be provided so that the remaining amount is paid within 3 months.

4. The company reserves all rights to accept or reject the proposal.
