Notice regarding tender call for business rooms of the temple committee!

As per the decision of the working committee meeting of the Ambikeshwari Temple Conservation and Promotion Committee dated Bhadra 13, 2082 BS, a sealed tender is invited for the lease of the commercial rooms under the temple committee for the next 5 years as per the detailed terms and conditions.

1. Room No. 1 to Room No. 6 will be made available for rent for the next 5 years, effective from Mangsir 1, 2082.

2. The minimum tender amount for Room No. 2 and Room No. 4 has been fixed at Rs. 6,000 per room per month.

3. The minimum tender amount for Room No. 3 has been fixed at Rs. 9,500 per month.

4. The minimum tender amount for room no. 5, including the ground floor and upper floor, has been fixed at Rs. 9,500 per month.

5. The minimum tender amount for Room No. 6 has been fixed at Rs. 5,000 per month.

6. The minimum tender amount for Room No. 1 has been fixed at Rs. 6,000 per month. Only locals with category (A) disabilities will be allowed to submit tenders for this room.

7. On Saturday, 25th Asoj, 2082 BS, from 7 am to 8 am, the sealed tender along with the name of your firm, address, name of the professor and the maximum monthly rent amount offered should be submitted to the temple secretariat. The submitted sealed tender will be opened in front of all those present on the same day at 9 am.

8. Tenders with an amount less than the minimum amount specified in points 2 to 6 will not be accepted.

9. The firm that offers the highest bid will be awarded the tender with the necessary terms and conditions, subject to a written agreement between both parties.

10. If the tender amount mentioned in the tender document is equal, preference will be given to locals.

11. If any problem arises during the tender process, the decision of the temple committee will be final.
