UMOKHEP-CS-Lot 2`Civil Construction of Surface Structures of Upper Madi 0 Khola Hydroelectric Project (43MW)

1. Annapurna Power Company Pvt. Ltd. (APCPL or the Employer or the Company), invites sealed tenders/bids from eligible prequalified Tenderer's for the Civil Construction of Surface Structures of Upper Madi 0 Khola Hydroelectric Project (43MW), located in Sikles, Kaski, Nepal. Detail qualification criteria of the Tenderers are more elaborately described in the bidding document.

2. Interested eligible tenderers may obtain further information from Annapurna Power Company Pvt. Ltd. and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below during business hours.

3.A complete set of bidding documents in English may be purchased by interested tenderers from 18th September 2025 onwards, and upon payment of a nonrefundable fee of NRs 5,000.00 (In words, Nepalese Rupees Five Thousand only).

4. Tenders must be delivered to the address below at or before 12:00 hours local time on 24th September 2025. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security of NRs. 20,000.00 (In words, Nepalese Rupees Twenty Thousand only) deposited in the account No. 0010100004591201 at Citizen Bank Internation Ltd., Durbarmarg with a validity period of at least 90 days.

5.Late tenders/bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the tenderers' representatives who choose to attend at the address below at 13:00 hours local time on 25th September 2025.

6. If the given date happens to be an official holiday, the next working day shall be considered as the date for tender submission and opening.

7.The Employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partially any or all the Bids without assigning any reason, whatsoever.
