NOTICE REGARDING SHUTTER RENTAL

As per the decision of the Kalika Bhagwati Guthi Management Committee, 12 shutters near the entrance of the Baglung Kalika Bhagwati Temple will be rented out for the purpose of selling flower prasad. Therefore, individuals or business firms interested in operating the shutters in a disciplined manner are requested to submit their confidential bids to the Secretariat of the Kalika Bhagwati Guthi Management Committee, Baglung, along with the documents mentioned in the details, within 15 days from the date of publication of this notice. If the 16th day falls on a holiday, the bids will be opened the next day.

1. Certificate of organization registration.

2. Taxpayer Certificate.

3. A copy of citizenship/national identity card

4. Confidential sealed bid (the rent you want to pay)

5. Registration fee: Rs. 500. (Five hundred rupees only)

6. Voucher for depositing 2.5% of the annual amount of the bid into the bank account of the bidder.
