1. The Bakaiya Rural Municipality, Makawanpur invites electronic bid from eligible bidders for the procurement, supply and delivery of Stationery Items and office Goods for Bakaiya Rural Municipality, Makawanpur as per requirement specified by Bakaiya Rural Municipality, Makawapur under National Competitive Bidding procedures. The name and identification of the contract are as follows:

2. Eligible bidders may obtain further information at the office of Bakaiya Rural Municipality and email bakaiyagaunpalika@gmail.com of this office.

3. Bidding Documents may be purchased electronically for e-submission from e-GP system http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp/upon payment of a non-refundable fee.

Bids must be submitted electronically on or before 12:00 Noon 5 September 2025. Documents received after this deadline shall not be accepted.

5. Pre-bid meeting shall not be held.

6. Bids shall be opened in the presence of bidder's representatives who choose to attend 2:00 PM on 5 September 2025 at the office of Bakaiya Rural Municipality, Hattisunde, Makawanpur. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days counting from the day of bid opening and must be accompanied by bid security as mentioned above which shall be valid for minimum 30 days beyond the bid validity period i.e., total of 120 days from the day of bid opening.

7. If the Bidder wishes to submit the Bid Security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in Deposit Account No: 2537088849200128 of Bakaiya Rural Municipality Dharauti Khata at Prabhu Bank and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the bid.

8. If the last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working day shall be considered the last day. In such a case the bid security validity shall be recognized with effect from the original bid submission deadline.

9. Matters not covered by this notice shall be in accordance with Public Procurement Act-2063, Public Procurement Regulations-2064 and their amendments.

10. The employer reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
