In the above regard, the land registered in the name of this school, in 2081 BS, produced approximately 230 qt. of paddy (US) at Rs. 3,500/- per qt. Three thousand five hundred, maize approximately 7 qt. of sorghum at Rs. 3,500/- per qt. Three thousand five hundred, wheat approximately 30 qt. of sorghum at Rs. 4,100/- per qt. Four thousand one hundred, lentils approximately 9 qt. of sorghum at Rs. 8,500/- per qt. Eight thousand five hundred, mustard (local) approximately 5 qt. of sorghum at Rs. 11,000/- per qt. Eleven thousand and barley approximately 1 qt. of sorghum at Rs. 4,100/- per qt. Since the contract is to be sold by auction without any reduction in the price, a confidential bid is invited from interested individuals and organizations to comply with the following conditions.

1. The bid form must be obtained from the school with a deposit of Rs. 5050/- Five Hundred and Fifty Rupees.

2. You must clearly write the price you want to receive per quintal in numbers and letters.

3. A cash deposit of 10% of the total amount bid must be submitted with the bid and will be refunded if the bid is not accepted.
