As per the Local Government Operation Act, 2074, the Financial Act of Bandipur Rural Municipality, 2082, the Procurement Regulations of Bandipur Rural Municipality, 2076 and the decision of the Bandipur Rural Municipality Village Executive dated 2082/04/18, the contract arrangement has to be made at a higher rate for the excavation of riverine materials (stones, gravel, sand) from the river ghats mentioned in the details of the Marsyangdi and Seti rivers under the jurisdiction of Bandipur Rural Municipality. Interested individuals, firms or companies should submit a copy of the renewal certificate of the firm for the fiscal year 2082/083, a copy of the Value Added Tax Registration Certificate, a copy of the This notice is published for the information of all concerned that a notice has been issued inviting submission of bids through Electronic Bid (www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp) subject to the conditions contained in the bid form, along with a copy of the tax payment certificate of 2080/081, and a self-declaration that the bidder is eligible to perform the work.
