1. The Bangalachuli Rural Municipality, Office of Rural Municipal Executive, invites sealed bids from Nepalese eligible bidders for the construction of Bagkhor mulabari road upgrading, Ward No. 5 (LISP-2)under National Competitive Bidding procedures. The estimated amount for the works is Rs. 35,37,279.80 (without VAT and PS)

2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information from the Bangalachuli Rural Municipality, Kamirechaur, Dang or may visit PPMO website: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp under the name of Public Entity "Banglachuli Rural Municipality, Dang".

3. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be downloaded the bidding document from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. and eligible Bidders who wish to submit bid should deposit the cost of bidding document of a non-refundable fee of NRs. 3,000.00 in the Project's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below.

4. Electronic bids must be submitted through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 hours on 2082/07/11. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

5. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13:00 hours on 2082/07/11 at the office of Bangalachuli Rural Municipality, Dang.

6. Bid must be valid up to 90 days after the opening of bid and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format in case of e-bid. Bid security amount is Rs 1,00,000 and validity period must be 120 days beyond the bid opening date. Bidders may deposit Bid security amount in cash on Deposit Account No.: 0670100000387201 of Citizen Bank International Ltd, Bangalachuli Branch in the name of Bangalachuli Rural Municipality, Dang.

7. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.

8. Bidders may withdraw or modify its bids by sending a written notice in a sealed envelope, duly signed by an authorized representative, and shall include a copy of the authorization in accordance with ITB 20.2 before 24 hours prior to the deadline of submission of bids.
