Banke UNESCO Club has to list the suppliers, service providers and consultants who will supply the materials and services mentioned in the schedule required for the fiscal year 2082/083, and therefore, this notice is hereby issued to the licensed firms or companies willing to supply the materials and services subject to the conditions mentioned in the schedule and to invite bids within 21 days from the date of publication of the notice. A. List registration services:

Hotel and hall services, packed lunches, catering services, including food and accommodation arrangements for conducting seminars, meetings, symposiums and trainings,

Furniture and furnishing materials,

Stationery and stationery supplies, educational materials, bags, clothing and warm clothing materials

Laptops, computers, printers, photocopiers, cameras, other electrical equipment, office equipment parts and maintenance, solar and related equipment and connection services, and internet services.

hardware and plastic materials,

health and hygiene materials,

Construction and painting services,

Science lab, STEM and child development educational materials,

Tent/Lighthouse (stage decoration) service,

Hardware, groceries, agricultural supplies and livestock, seed supply related services,

Transportation services, travel agencies, hotel bookings, insurance, vehicle repair services and material transportation related services,

Printing, design and printing services

Services related to materials and equipment required for disaster preparedness and response

Food and clothing supplies, drinking water, sanitation and hygiene supplies, transportation services,

Audiovisual, cinematographic and recording services, photography and videography, radio and television broadcasting and newspaper services

Various thematic training trainers, surveys and monitoring, program evaluation, studies and research, translation, proposal and report writing and other thematic disaster risk reduction, education, gender equality and social inclusion, sanitation and hygiene, child rights and protection, human rights, engineering - civil service, disaster preparedness and response planning, emergency response training, watershed management, empowerment, good governance, health and nutrition, livelihoods, etc.

The deadline for submitting the list and quotation is 5:00 PM on 2082.04.09.

B. Documents to be attached with the application:

1. Copy of the certificate of firm registration,

2. Copy of PAN/VAT registration certificate,

3. Copy of tax payment certificate for FY 2080/081,

4. Copy of the director's citizenship certificate,

C. Minimum requirements for submitting an application:

1. Application regarding service provision (must clearly state which service provider)

2. The letter of intent will be provided by this organization.

3. Incomplete applications will not be included in the process. The organization reserves the right to list or not the suppliers and service providers, and to accept or reject the submitted bids.

4. Firms, suppliers, and companies that use children will not be included in the price competition.

5. Sealed Bid Opening Date: 2082 Shrawan 11 at 3:00 PM at the Banke UNESCO Club office in Nepalgunj.
