In accordance with the provisions of Section 11 (d) 1 (d) 2 and Section (d) 6 of the Local Government Operation Act 2074, the Preliminary Environmental Examination (IEE) Report of Duduwa River, Lumbini Province Riverine Material Management Procedure 2075, and the decision of this Municipality Executive Council, Section 9 of the Public Procurement Act, 2063 and Rule 31 of the Public Procurement Regulations, 2064, the following revenue collection related work under the following titles. Since the contract arrangement has to be made through open bidding in the fiscal year 2082/083, eligible firms, individuals or organizations that have completed the legal process within the specified time limit as of the date of publication of the notice are invited to submit bids on the website of the Public Procurement Monitoring Office www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp subject to the mentioned conditions.
