Notice regarding invitation to bid for internal revenue collection and recovery work

As the revenue collection work related to the Kawadi tax and advertisement tax determined in accordance with Section 7 Schedule (8) of the Local Government Operation Act, 2074 and the Finance Act of Bansgadhi Municipality, 2082, is to be carried out through open bidding in the fiscal year 2082/083, this notice has been published for the information of all, and eligible firms, individuals or organizations that have completed the legal process within the specified time limit as of the date of publication of the notice are invited to submit their bids to the office of Bansgadhi Municipality subject to the mentioned conditions.

Work related to collection of advertisement tax

1. In case of firm, renewed registration certificate, value added tax registration certificate, certified copy of tax payment certificate of FY 2080/081 and in case of individual, certified copy of Nepali citizenship certificate, bid form fee, cash voucher deposited in cash in this office's Internal Revenue Account No. 0972057499426002 along with all the documents in the prescribed format can be purchased till office hours on 2082/04/23.

2. The deposit amount of 5 percent of the agreed amount should be deposited in the deposit account 0972057499426013 of this office at N.I.C. Asia Bank, Bansgadhi Branch, Bardiya and the original bank voucher or a bid bond issued in the name of this office by a commercial bank licensed by Nepal Rastra Bank in accordance with the Local Government Operation Act 2074, stating the contract number and name, with a validity period of 75 days, must be submitted along with the bid bond.

3. The bidder should fill in all the details mentioned in the purchased bid forms, stamp each page correctly, clearly state the name of the firm, address, work details, contract details, proprietor's name, phone number, and affix the firm's seal, and register it at the office of Bansgadhi Municipality by 12:00 PM on 2082/04/25.

4. The duly received bids will be opened at this office from 1:00 PM on the last day of bid submission (2082/04/25) in the presence of representatives of various offices, construction entrepreneurs or their representatives. Also, if the contractor or his representative is not present at the time of bid opening, there will be no impediment to the bid opening.
