As per the decision of the Municipal Executive dated 2082/03/02 of this office on the above subject, for the financial year 2082/083, the contract for the markets, rivers, streams and ponds mentioned in the schedule has to be awarded through sealed bids/quotations. Therefore, interested licensed firms (copy of license certificate, copy of registration certificate of PA No./VAT No. and copy of tax payment certificate of financial year 2080/081) or individuals (copy of Nepali citizenship certificate and copy of PAN registration certificate) as per the conditions mentioned in the schedule, from the date of publication of this notice, the minimum contract up to Rs. 20 lakhs within 15 days and the minimum contract above Rs. 20 lakhs within 30 days, without any return from this office, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned.
