As per the provisions of Section 62A of the Local Government Operation Act 2074 and the Procedures for the Management and Utilization of River-borne Materials within the Besishahar Municipality area 2074, for the collection and sale of river-borne construction materials from the streams and rivers within the Besishahar Municipality area for the fiscal year 2082.083, the construction materials shall be collected from the approved wharves as per the prescribed standards and sold at the rates prescribed by this municipality. Interested individuals, firms or companies are requested to submit their renewal certificate of the firm, value-added tax registration certificate, tax payment certificate of FY 2080.81 and certified copies of Nepali citizenship certificate to participate in the bidding process subject to the conditions as per the specifications. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.
