In exercise of the powers conferred by the Banking and Financial Institutions Act 2073 and the Loan Recovery Regulations of the institution, the banking/non-banking immovable property mentioned in the schedule, registered in the name of this institution, is to be sold in its present condition and subject to the conditions as per the schedule. Therefore, interested public is requested to submit sealed bids stating the amount for which they are willing to bid for the immovable property, including the amount, within 3 days from the date of publication of this notice at the head office of this institution, Kamaladi, Kathmandu. This notice is published for the information of all.

1) 2) The bidder shall deposit at least 10 percent of the total amount he intends to purchase as a deposit along with the bid application in cash to the Payable Auction Deposit A/Cno. 917105010080 account at the head office of this organization and attach the original voucher or a bank guarantee (Bid Bond) issued in the name of this organization by a bank and financial institution or a Good for Payment Cheque drawn in the name of this organization by a bank and financial institution. No interest will be calculated on this.

The bid application form can be obtained from the head office of the organization from 2082/03/22 by paying Rs. 1000/-.

3) The bidder must be a Nepali citizen or a registered organization, firm, or company in Nepal. If the bidder is a natural person, a copy of the citizenship certificate, and if the bidder is a corporate organization, firm, or company, a power of attorney, a resolution of the board of directors, a copy of the registration certificate, and a copy of the Permanent Account Number (PAN) certificate must be submitted along with the application.

4) Interested bidders may be provided with facilities including Auction Financing as per the policy of this organization.

5) The sealed bid form must be registered at the head office of this organization, Kamaladi, by 2082/03/24. No action will be taken on applications received after the deadline, without proper procedures, or with conditions.
