Main terms of auction sale:

1) Bid application form can be obtained from the head office of the organization from 2082/04/11 on payment of Rs. 1000/-. 2) The bidder shall deposit at least 10 percent of the total amount he wants to purchase as a deposit along with the bid application in the Payable Auction Deposit A/Cno. 917105010080 account at the head office of this organization and attach the original voucher or a bank guarantee (Bid Bond) issued in the name of this organization by a bank and financial institution or a Good for Payment Cheque drawn in the name of this organization by a bank and financial institution. No interest will be calculated on this.

3) The bidder must be a Nepali citizen or a registered organization, firm, or company in Nepal. If the bidder is a natural person, a copy of the citizenship certificate, and if the bidder is a corporate organization, firm, or company, a power of attorney, a resolution of the board of directors, a copy of the registration certificate, and a copy of the Permanent Account Number (PAN) certificate must be submitted along with the application.

4) Interested bidders may be provided with facilities including Auction Financing as per the policy of this organization.

5) The sealed bid form must be registered at the head office of this organization, Kamaladi, by 2082/04/17. No action will be taken on applications received after the deadline, without proper procedures, or with conditions.
