Invitation for Bid

1. The Bhadrabas Saving and Credit Cooperative Society Ltd. has allocated funds towards the cost for the construction as indicated in details of works below and intends to apply part of the funds to cover eligible payments under the contract for construction work as indicated in details of work. Bidding is open to all eligible Nepalese bidders.

2. The Bhadrabas Saving and Credit Cooperative Society Ltd. invites Hard Copy (Physical) bid for S. N.1 works from eligible bidders for the Construction works as indicated in details of works below under NCB-Single Stage Single Envelope Bidding procedures in accordance with PPA 2063 and PPR 2064. Eligible bidders should participate in this bidding and may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents through Hard Copy at Bhadrabas Saving and Credit Cooperative Society Ltd. during office hours.

3. A complete set of Hard Copy Bidding Documents may be obtained from Bhadrabas Saving and Credit Cooperative Society Ltd. upon payment of a non-refundable fee at the account as mention below and the Original Copy of the Bank deposit voucher shall be submitted by the bidder at the time of submission of the bids. Bidding documents can be obtained from Bhadrabas Saving and Credit Cooperative Society Ltd. on or before 17:00 hrs. on Bhadra 11, 2082 (27th August, 2025).

4. To deposit the amount bank details are as follows:

5. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a Original Copy of the Bid security amounting as specified in the details of works, which shall be valid up to 30 days beyond the validity period of Bid.

6. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Bhadrabas Saving and Credit Cooperative Society Ltd., Bhadrabas, Kathmandu at 13.00 hrs. on Bhadra 01, 2082 (17th August, 2025).

7. Bids must be submitted Physically on or before 12:00 hrs. of Bhadra 12, 2082 (28th August, 2025) at Bhadrabas Saving and Credit Cooperative Society Ltd. after that time Bid will not be accepted.

8. The Bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 14.00 hrs. on Bhadra 12, 2082 (2nd August, 2025). at Bhadrabas Saving and Credit Cooperative Society Ltd., Bhadrabas, Kathmandu.

9. Matters not covered in this notice shall be treated in accordance with PPA-2063 and PPR-2064.
