2. The Bidders must submit their bid electronically through e-procurement section of PPMOs website http://www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp, the Bidder shall be required to deposite the non-refundable fee in the form of case deposite certificate in the Revenue Office code no: Office Account no: 07501040250665 of Nepal Investment Bank, Jhota Branch and electronic scanned copy (pdfformate) of the Bank deposite voucher shall also be submitted along with electronic bid files.

3. Bid shall be accompanied by a bid security of an amount as shown in the above table. If bidder wishes to submit the Bid Security in the form of case, the case should be deposited in the following address or a bid bond issued by a bank approved by Nepal Rastra Bank valid beyond a month (30days) from bid validity period and submit the original receipt of the deposited amount of case along with the bid.
