A 30-day notice has been published for the sale of the Hanumangadhi Land Integration Project and the suspension bridge leading to Lahape near Bhalubang Municipal Corporation in Bhaluwang, Rapti Rural Municipality Ward No. 1 under Bhalubang Nagar Development Committee through public bidding for the following 30 days. Interested individuals, organizations, and companies are invited to submit sealed bids on the terms and conditions as specified in the specifications and available at the office of this committee.

1) The last date for purchasing the bid form is 2082/06/29, within office hours, by paying Rs. 3,000.- Three thousand (non-refundable).

2) The deposit amount of 10% of the bid amount of the bid amount for the house you have bid for should be deposited in the committee's account number at Shangri-La Development Bank, No. 01800800083518000002 and the original voucher should be submitted along with the bid form.

3) The deadline for registration of bids is 2082.06.30, i.e. the 31st day, by 12:30 PM and will be opened at 2:30 PM on the same day.

4) As per the rules, the accepted bidder will have to pay the bid amount within 6 months. If he wants to pay in lump sum, he can pay it in the first two months, while if he wants to pay in installments, he will have to pay 30/30 percent every 2/2 months. If he fails to pay the installments as prescribed, he will be recovered with interest as per the decision of the committee.
