Bhanu Municipality invites sealed bids or electronic bids from Nepalese eligible bidders for the construction of Upgrading of Archaldhara-Laudaribhanjyang-Thaniko than Motor Marga at ward 9 (Sub-base works, Base work, Premix carpet, Plum concrete for drain, and other works required for bituminous pavement) under National Competitive Bidding procedures. The estimated amount for the works is NRs. 24,99,994.71

2. Eligible Bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the office of Bhanu Municipality Office of the Municipal Executive Phusretar Tanahun 9856005111 & 9846043064 bhanumunicipality@gmail.com, website: www.bhanumun.gov.np or may visit PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

3. Bidder may purchase the bidding documents by downloading it for e-submission from PPMO's Web Site www.bolpatra.gov.np./egp,. Bidders should pay non-refundable fee of NRs. 3000.00 (Three Thousand) till 19th Oct. 2025 during office hours on the Municipality's Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below and the scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the time of electronic submission of the bids. 4. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at Bhanu Municipality Office at 12.00, 9th Oct. 2025.

5. Sealed or electronic bids must be submitted to the office Bhanu Municipality Office by through PPMO website www.bolpatra.gov.np/egpon or before 12.00 on 19th Oct. 2025. Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

6. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 13.00 on 19th Oct. 2025 at the office of Bhanu Municipality Office Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days after bid opening and must be accompanied by a bid security or scanned copy of the bid security in .pdf format in case of e-bid, amounting to a minimum of NRs. 75,000.00 (Seventy Five Thousand), which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid.

7. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid and bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.
