Notice regarding invitation to bid (First published on 2082. 06 110)

Since the Dry Laser X-ray Film (Carestream) required for Bharatpur Hospital is to be purchased through Re-Tender bidding, this notice has been published to invite interested firms, companies and suppliers registered with VAT and having obtained business licenses to submit their duly completed bids in compliance with the detailed terms and conditions through the Public Procurement Monitoring Office's website- www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

Conditions:

1. For the current fiscal year 2082/083, the renewed firm registration/company registration certificate, business license, permanent account number registration certificate, value added tax registration certificate and tax payment certificate for fiscal year 2080/081 must be attached.

2. Bid fee for purchasing and submitting the bid is Rs. 3000. On the appointed date and time, a bank voucher deposited in Bharatpur Hospital, Office Code No. 370003102, Revenue Head No. 14229 (Other Administrative Service Charges), Revenue Account No. 100010020001000, Bank:- Ra.Ba.Bank, Ltd. should be submitted.

3. While submitting the bid, the amount of security for the amount of Rs. 1,20,000. (One lakh twenty thousand rupees only) in cash or the amount mentioned in the bank guarantee details in the National Bank of Nepal, Bharatpur Branch, office name Koleksi.Nika, Bharatpur Chitwan, account no. Dharauti 1310100102030000, name of the office to be sent for depositing the amount Bharatpur Hospital Chitwan, code no. of the office to be sent for depositing the amount. 370003102, along with the details of the original bank voucher for depositing the amount or a bid bond issued in the name of this hospital from a Class A bank with a validity of at least 120 days (from the last date of submission of bids).

4. The bid must be submitted through the Public Procurement Monitoring Office's website-www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp within the date and time mentioned in the tender details.

5. The uploaded bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder or his representative at this hospital on the date and time mentioned in the details. There will be no impediment to the opening of the bids even if the representative is not present. If the last day for purchasing or submitting the bids falls on a holiday, the same will be done on the next day.

6. The rates of the items quoted by the bidder (excluding VAT) should be clearly stated in figures and words. In case of any discrepancy between the rates quoted in figures and words, the words will be considered.
