Notice regarding 15-day sealed bid

This sealed bid is invited as the land as per the details in the name of this organization has to be sold. Interested parties who wish to purchase the said land are hereby informed to submit the duly filled sealed bid form to this organization within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice, subject to the following conditions, during office hours.

1. The minimum price of the land mentioned has been fixed as per the details and the bid should mention the rate you wish to charge above the minimum valuation amount.

2. The original voucher deposited in the Sundry Creditors' Deposit Account of this organization as a deposit amounting to 10 (ten) percent of the amount pledged must be enclosed with the bid.

3. A non-refundable fee of Rs. 500 (five hundred) only for the bid form will be collected from the administration office of this organization.

4. The duly received bids will be opened on the 15th day after the date of publication of the notice, i.e., Monday, March 16, 2082 at 2:00 PM in the presence of the bidder or his representative. Even if the bidder or his representative is not present, the bids submitted will be opened at the scheduled time.

5. If the scheduled day falls on a holiday, the work will be completed the next day or on the day the office is open.

6. The bid will be accepted in the name of the person who bids the highest.

7. After the bid is accepted, the concerned person will be informed about it and the concerned person will have to deduct the amount deposited by him within 15 days of receiving the information and deposit the remaining amount to the organization and get the mentioned land registered. The fee charged by the Government of Nepal for passing the registration will have to be borne by the concerned person.

8. If the registration is not passed without contact within the specified time, the deposit amount will be forfeited.

9. The organization reserves the right to accept or reject the bid.

10. If the interested party wishes to view the land mentioned in the bid, they can contact the office during office hours.
