1. Bheri Technical School invites sealed bids from eligible bidders under special circumstances procurement provision as specified in public procurement act and regulation for the Procurement of Supply of security Guard Services, National competitive bidding procedures.

2. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information at the office of the Bheri Technical School, Nepalgunj Banke Tel- 9858020838 or may visit PPMO egp system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp.

3. Bidder should submit their bid electronically may download the bidding documents for e- submission from PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit the cost of bidding document in the following account as specified below.

4. Bids should be submitted to Bheri Technical School, Nepalgunj Banke through PPMO's e-GP system www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 12:00 on 2082/05/26, Bids received after this deadline will be rejected.

5. The bids will be opened in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend at 2:00, 2082/05/26 at the office of Bheri Technical School, Nepalgunj Banke. Bids must be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of bid opening and must be accompanied by a scanned copy of the bid security in pdf format which shall be valid for 30 days beyond the validity period of the bid. In case of cash deposit bidders may also use Rastriya Banijay bank Dhomboji branch Nepalgunj, Pradesh lekha Eakai Dharauti khata- A/C No: 4130100202030000.

6. If the last date of purchasing and/or submission falls on a government holiday, then the next working day shall be considered as the last date. In such case the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the original last date of bid submission.

7. The purchaser reserve the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly any or all the bids without assigning reason, whatsoever.
