As per Section 62 of Chapter-9 of the Local Government Operation Act, 2074 BS, under the financial jurisdiction of rural municipalities and municipalities, a contract has to be made for the collection of fees from the concerned service provider at the rate prescribed by the Financial Act of Bhimphedi Rural Municipality, 2082 BS for the work of renting a commercial shutter building constructed, operated and managed by this Bhimphedi Rural Municipality. This notice has been published for all concerned to submit sealed bids by attaching notarized copies of registration certificate, license renewal certificate, value added tax registration certificate, tax payment certificate of at least FY 2081/82 and Nepali citizenship certificate, subject to the following conditions.

Conditions:-

1. The term of the contract for the said contract shall be from the date of contract to the end of Ashadha of the financial year 2083/84. 2. The bid form for the said income contract may be purchased from the office by paying the prescribed fee within the date mentioned in the notice above.

3. The bidder shall clearly indicate the name of the bidder, contract name, contract number, and the name of the office to which the bid is submitted on the outside of the envelope.

It should be mentioned in a way that is understandable.

4. If the quotation for the mentioned work is to be purchased in the name of the firm, copies of the renewal certificate of the firm license, permanent account and VAT registration certificate, and income tax payment certificate must be attached, notarized.

5. The sealed bids can be registered till 12:00 PM on the day following the last date of purchase of bids. The sealed bids duly registered will be opened at 1:00 PM on the last day of registration in the presence of the representative of the office and the bidder or his representative. However, even if the bidder or his representative is not present, there will be no obstacle to opening the sealed bids of the mentioned income contract. While submitting the sealed bids, a deposit of 5 percent of the contract amount (10 percent of the amount in the case of non-Nepali citizens) should be deposited in the name of the office of the Village Executive of Bhimphedi Rural Municipality, N.I.C. Asia Bank Ltd. Bhimphedi Branch, Deposit Account No. The original voucher deposited in G7CA503072524001 or a bid bond issued in the name of this office by a commercial bank recognized by Nepal Rastra Bank with a validity of at least 120 days must be submitted.

6. The bid amount must be clearly written in figures and words. If there is a difference between figures and words, the one written in words will be accepted. If the figures and words need to be rewritten, the signature of the bidder must be placed in the place where the cuts were made. If it is a firm or company, it must also have a seal.

7. If the last day for purchasing or submitting bids falls on a public holiday, the next day will be considered the last day for purchasing or submitting bids.

8. If the contractor pays the contract amount in lump sum or in installments, it will have to be paid in 6 installments. The first installment

At the time of signing the agreement, 25 percent of the total bid amount was paid in advance, the second installment was 30 percent, the third installment was 15 percent, and the remaining 3 installments were paid in advance.

10/10 percent must be paid within the period mentioned in the agreement. Bhimphedi, in the name of the Village Executive Office of Bhimphedi Rural Municipality, and for the remaining installment, a Performance Bond valid until mid-Bhadra 2084 of a commercial bank recognized by Nepal Rastra Bank must be submitted.

9. The sealed bid should be submitted/registered only in the name of the person/firm in whose name the sealed bid was purchased.

Sealed bids purchased in the name of a firm cannot be registered in the name of another firm. If this is found to be the case, it will be automatically cancelled. 10. While conducting business in a commercial shutter, it is not permissible to conduct or cause to be conducted any business prohibited by the prevailing law.

11. Any fees, taxes, charges, etc., including electricity, water, and waste management charges, as per prevailing laws, will have to be borne by the person, firm, or company accepting the payment.

12. The Contractor shall be responsible for the cleaning and general maintenance of the contract operation site throughout the contract period. Contract

If any damage/loss occurs at the contract site during the period, the contractor will have to repair it himself.

13. After the expiry of the contract period, the contract period may be extended by a maximum of 1 month by mutual agreement, subject to payment of fees at the same rate as before, until the next contract is arranged. In such an extension, the amount due to the rural municipality must be paid in advance.

14. No action will be taken against bids received after the deadline, not in order, submitted with any conditions, or against the terms of the notice.

15. This office reserves the right to accept, cancel, partially accept or reject the registered sealed bids.

16. The points mentioned in this notice shall be as per this and in the case of any not mentioned, the Local Government Operation Act, 2074, the Internal Revenue Collection (Contract Arrangement) Procedure of Bhimphedi Rural Municipality, 2075, the decisions of the office, agreements and prevailing laws.
