As the project mentioned in the schedule under the approved annual plan and program of Bhokraha Narsingh Rural Municipality for the fiscal year 2082/83 is to be implemented through the contract process, a formal E-BIDDING (electronic bidding) has been invited from interested construction entrepreneurs.

1) Bids can be submitted through E-Bidding at www.bolpatra.gov.np within 12:00 hrs on the 31st day from the date of first publication of this notice. The amount for the bid fee should be deposited in the Internal Revenue Account No. 07903000034 of Lakshmi Sunrise Bank Ltd., Bhokraha, Narsingh Rural Municipality, along with the voucher.

2) A copy of the contractor license, permanent account number, VAT registration number, tax payment certificate of FY 2080/081 etc. must be attached with the E-Bidding bid. Also, in case of the amount for deposit, the original voucher deposited in the deposit account number 07903000168 of Laxmi Sunrise Bank Ltd. Bhokraha, Sunsari in the name of this office or a bid bond (bid bond) with a validity of at least 120 days issued by a 'A' category bank recognized by Nepal Rastra Bank must be submitted.

3) Bids submitted through E-Bidding will be opened on the 31st day at 2:00 PM as per the rules.

4) If the last day to purchase the bid form through E-Bidding or the last day to register falls on a public holiday, the said activities will be carried out at the same time as the office is open on the following day.

5) The rate or bid amount must be clearly stated in figures and words. In case of any discrepancy between figures and words, the amount written in words shall prevail.

6) All rights to accept or reject the bid shall be vested in the Office of Bhokraha Narsingh Village Executive, Chirauli, Sunsari.

7) The validity period of the bid will be 90 days from the date of opening of the bid.

8) Regardless of what is written in the contract details above, work must be carried out under the direct guidance of the technician as per the details mentioned in the estimate and BOQ.
