30-day notice regarding invitation of bids for the contract arrangement for the excavation, collection, internal sales and export tax, collection of natural and riverine materials such as stone, gravel, sand, soil, wood, slate, gravel, etc. for the remaining period of FY 2082/083.
As per the provisions of Section 11 Sub-section 2 D (6) of the Local Government Operation Act, 2074 BS and the Public Procurement Act and Regulations, the Financial Procedures and Financial Responsibility Act Regulations, the Standards for Stone, Ballast and Sand Excavation, Sale and Management, 2077 BS, a contract has to be concluded to collect local tax for the remaining period of the fiscal year 2082/2083 BS on all types of stones, ballast, processed and unprocessed sand, gravel, gravel, riverine construction materials and quarry materials produced by rivers, streams, crushers, mines and sand processing industries within the municipality, within the location and quantity specified in the bidding documents. Therefore, this 30-day notice has been published for the information of all concerned. Interested firms or companies are requested to participate in the bidding process subject to the conditions mentioned in the contracts as detailed.
