30-day notice regarding invitation of bids for the contract for the collection of natural and riverine materials such as stone, gravel, sand, soil, wood, slate, gravel, etc., and collection of internal sales and export tax for the remaining period of FY 2082/083.

As per the provisions of Section 11 Sub-section 2 D (6) of the Local Government Operation Act, 2074 BS and the Public Procurement Act and Regulations, the Financial Procedures and Fiscal Responsibility Act Regulations, the Standards for Stone, Ballast and Sand Excavation, Sale and Management, 2077 BS, a contract has to be concluded to collect local tax for the remaining period of the fiscal year 2082/2083 BS on all types of stones, ballast, processed and unprocessed sand, gravel, gravel, sand, riverine construction materials and quarry materials produced from rivers, streams, crushers, mines and sand processing industries within the municipality, within the location and quantity specified in the bidding document. Therefore, this notice has been published for the information of all concerned. Interested firms or companies are requested to participate in the bidding process subject to the conditions mentioned in the contracts as detailed.

1. In the case of a firm, the tenderer shall submit the bid electronically by submitting the application form along with the renewed registration certificate, value added tax registration certificate, tax payment certificate of FY 2080/081, including a certified copy of the permanent account number, and the receipt of cash payment to this office for the bid form fee or the voucher deposited with the revenue bank within 12 noon on the 31st day from the date of first publication of this notice. The bidder shall upload the bid related documents from the website of the Public Procurement Monitoring Office www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. The bid notice and documents can also be viewed and downloaded from the website of the municipality www.bidurmun.gov.np. 8. Pre-bid meeting will be held at the office of Bidur Municipality on the 16th day from the date of publication of this notice at 12:00 PM. Interested bidders can attend the meeting and obtain detailed information from the Revenue Branch of the office.
