Birgunj Metropolitan City, Office of the Municipal Executive, has published this notice for the second time as per the decision dated 30/03/2082 to collect revenue from the internal revenue heads within the scope of the authority granted by the Local Government Operation Act, 2074, the Public Procurement Regulations of Birgunj Metropolitan City, 2081, and the Financial Act of Birgunj Metropolitan City, 2081, to arrange contracts annually for the fiscal year 2082/083 under various internal revenue heads. Interested individuals, firms or organizations are hereby informed to submit their bids within the specified time period.

Conditions:

1. The bid form can be purchased from the Revenue Management Division of this office within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of the second publication of this notice along with a cash receipt for payment of the fee mentioned in the details.

2. The bids can be registered at this office by 12:00 PM on the day following the last date of purchase. The sealed bids registered within the specified time will be opened on the same day at 3:00 PM at the office of the Municipal Executive, B.M.N.P.A. in the presence of the bidder himself or his representative and office representatives. Even if the bidder or his representative is not present, there will be no obstacle to opening the bids.

3. Along with the bid, an original voucher or a copy of the bid bond valid for 120 days as per the notice issued by the commercial bank or financial institution, depositing 5 percent of the agreed-upon amount in this office's deposit account No. 12501003000002 with the National Commercial Bank, must be enclosed.

4. The amount of money bid must be clearly stated in the bid in both figures and words, signed and submitted. In case of discrepancy between figures and words, the amount written in words will be accepted.

5. When submitting the bid, the name of this office and the revenue title must be clearly stated on the outside of the sealed envelope.

6. If the last day for purchasing or registering bids falls on a public holiday, the office will be reopened on the same day as the first day it is open.

7. Along with the bid, a copy of the citizenship certificate, business certificate from the Birgunj Metropolitan City Executive Office, tax payment certificate, and any other tax due, if any, must be submitted. A copy of the tax payment certificate for the current fiscal year must be submitted.

8. In the case of matters mentioned in the bid, it will be in accordance with this and in the case of matters not mentioned, it will be in accordance with the Local Government Operation Act, 2074, the Birgunj Metropolitan City Finance Act, 2081, the Birgunj Metropolitan City Public Procurement Regulations, 2081 and the prevailing laws.

9. The provisions regarding the installment of the contract amount and bank guarantee for the income title mentioned in the schedule will be mentioned in the bid form.

10. If you pay a lump sum amount equal to the contract points you have agreed to, a 10 percent discount will be given, not to be less than the minimum points.

11. In case of any dispute regarding the contract, the decision made by Birgunj Metropolitan Municipality will be the final decision.
