We hereby inform you that the tender published in Nepal Samacharpatra dated 2082.05.24 for the purchase of medical gas required by this institution has been cancelled due to a problem with the PPMO site. Therefore, since bids are invited for the purchase of the materials mentioned in the details, interested licensed firms, organizations and companies are requested to submit online bids (e-tender) along with updated firm registration certificate, value added tax registration certificate, tax payment certificate of FY 080.081, “A certified copy of the register of shareholders and debenture holders prepared in accordance with sub-section (1) of section 46 of the Companies Act, 2063 at the time of registration of the company by the companies”, declaration, bid fee and scanned copies of bank guarantee (bid bond). Detailed information regarding online bidding, terms and conditions of contract, method of filling the form etc. All documents (Bid Document) regarding online bidding are available on the bidding website of Public Procurement Monitoring Office www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Based on the same information, terms and conditions etc., online e-bids are requested to be submitted by 12:00 PM on 2082.06.29 (correspondingly 15th October, 2025). Date and time of opening of e-bids is 2082.06.29 at 2:00 PM.
