Since this establishment has to purchase the materials mentioned in the required details through online bidding, online bidding (e-tender) has been invited along with scanned copies of updated firm registration certificate, VAT registration certificate, tax payment certificate of FY 080.081, "certified copy of the register of shareholders and debenture holders prepared by companies at the time of registration of the company in accordance with Sub-section (1) of Section 46 of the Companies Act, 2063", declaration, official seller certificate issued by the manufacturing company, bid fee and bank guarantee letter (bid bond) from the licensed firm, organization and company. Detailed information regarding online bidding, contract terms, method of filling the form, etc., has been placed on the bidding website of the Public Procurement Monitoring Office www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Based on the same notice, conditions etc., online e-bids are hereby notified to be submitted by 12:00 PM on 2082.04.01 (correspondingly July 17, 2025). Date and time of opening of e-bids is 2082.04.01 at 2:00 PM.
