Notice of invitation for re-online bidding (e-tender)

Since this establishment has to purchase the materials mentioned in the necessary details through online bidding, an online bid (e-tender) has been invited from licensed firms, organizations and companies along with updated firm registration certificate, value added tax registration certificate, tax payment certificate of FY 080.081, “A certified copy of the register of shareholders and debenture holders prepared in accordance with sub-section (1) of section 46 of the Companies Act, 2063 at the time of registration of the company”, declaration, bid fee and scanned copies of bank guarantee (bid bond). Detailed information regarding online bidding, terms and conditions of contract, method of filling the form, etc., have been placed on the bidding website of the Public Procurement Monitoring Office www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Based on the same notice, conditions etc., online e-bids are hereby notified to be submitted by 12:00 PM on 2082.05.29 (respectively 14 September, 2025). Date and time of opening of e-bids is 2082.05.29 at 2:00 PM.
