Since the revenue contract for the extraction, sale and export of riverine products for the fiscal year 2082/083 under the following revenue headings falling within the jurisdiction of Brindavan Municipality has to be arranged, as per the decision of the Brindavan Municipality Executive Office dated 2082/04/29 (at the municipal level), a separate bid has been invited for the revenue contract management in person, subject to the contract details and conditions mentioned in the bid form for the prescribed quantity of approved river ghats mentioned in the Brindavan Municipality Finance Act, 2082 and the EIA report approved by the Ministry of Forests of Madhesh Province. This notice has been published for the information of all concerned.

Conditions:-

1. Sealed bids will be received from this office on payment of a fee of Rs. 3000 per form (three thousand in words only).

2. The application along with the renewed license, VAT registration certificate, certified copy of tax payment certificate up to FY 2080.081, along with the bid form should be purchased from the Revenue Branch within office hours on the 31st (thirty-first) day from the date of publication of this notice.

3. The sealed bid along with the bid form, renewed license, VAT registration certificate, certified copy of tax payment certificate up to FY 2080.081, bid form, Permanent Account Number (PAN) and cash receipt should be registered with the Revenue Branch by 12:00 PM on the 32nd (Thirty-second) day from the date of publication of this notice.

4. The duly registered confidential sealed bids will be opened at this office on the 32nd (Twenty-second) day, 2082.05.30 at 2:00 PM in the presence of the bidder himself or his representative. Even if the representative is not present, there will be no obstacle to opening the sealed bids registered at the office.

5. If the last day for registration of sealed bid forms or the last day for opening of sealed bids falls on a public holiday, the bids will be registered and opened on the next day. acc.

6. Sealed bids that are received after the deadline or are not in the prescribed form or are submitted with any conditions will not be accepted. The bidder, while registering the bid, shall submit a bank guarantee (Bid Bond) with a validity of at least 120 days, issued in the name of this office by a bank recognized by Nepal Rastra Bank, with a deposit of 5% of the amount he has bid, without deducting the amount to be paid by him, along with the bid.
