Another 7-day public notice regarding the invitation to confidential sealed tenders!

Since the work of digging and repairing the pipeline of this Budha Dawar, Ghusura, Koireli Danda drinking water project has to be done, a public notice of 7 (seven) days was published for the first time on 2082/02/27, but due to some errors in the said notice, the said notice was cancelled by the decision of the meeting held on 2082/03/02, and a public notice of 7 (seven) days has been published again for inviting bids for the above-mentioned work. Individuals/firms/companies interested in working under the conditions as detailed are invited to purchase the bids from this committee and register with the committee.

Details

1.

According to the standards of the District Water Supply Office Ghorahi, Dang, the rate per meter for digging and filling a pipeline with a width of 45 cm and a depth of 90 cm must be clearly stated in numbers and letters and registered with the committee.

2. The submitted bids must be registered by 1:00 PM on the seventh day from the date of publication of the notice and the bids will be opened in the presence of various representatives at 2:30 PM on the same day.

3. The work of digging and filling the pipes should be done immediately according to the pipes currently available in this committee and the work should be completed according to the pipes received later at the same approved rate as per the estimate given by the Drinking Water Office, Ghorahi, Dang. news

4. Quotation can be obtained from the committee by paying a fee of Rs. 3000/- per letter of recommendation.

5. No action will be taken against any bid that does not meet the requirements.

6. This committee will have full authority to accept or reject bids.

7. Matters omitted to be mentioned in this notice shall be in accordance with the prevailing rules and regulations of the Government of Nepal.
