Notice of invitation for electronic bidding regarding the contract for environmental fees for the fiscal year 2082/083!

In order to minimize the damage to the environment due to the use of natural resources in this municipality, subject to the rates prescribed by the Local Government Operation Act, 2074 and the Byas Municipality Finance Act, a contract has to be awarded for the work titled "Collecting Environmental Fees for Goods Produced/Processed and Transported to Other Places in the Byas Municipality Area for the FY 2082/083". Accordingly, interested individuals, firms or companies are invited to submit their duly completed electronic bids along with their firm renewal certificate, PAN registration/value added registration certificate and certified copy of tax payment for the fiscal year 2080/081.

Bids can be submitted in PDF format by scanning all documents on PPMO's website http://www. bolpatra.gov.np/egp by 12:00 PM on the 31st day from the date of publication of the notice. Bids registered as per the rules will be opened at this office at 2:00 PM on the 31st day in the presence of the bidders. There will be no hindrance in opening the bids even if the bidders are not present. If the last day of bid opening falls on a holiday, the above mentioned activities will be carried out on the next day when the office is open at the same time. aa -
