Contract No. and Title: DRSP/CLPIU/081/82-ICT Equipment-01, Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and

Commissioning of ICT Equipments for 130 schools

Deadline for Submission of Bids: 1st August 2025, 12:00 Hours (Nepal Standard Time)

1. The Central Level Project Implementation Unit (CLPIU) has received financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB) toward the cost of Supply, Installation and Commissioning of ICT Equipment, and it intends to apply part of the proceeds of this financing to payments under the contract named above. Bidding is open to Bidders from eligible source countries of ADB.

2. The CLPIU ("the Purchaser") invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for Supply, Delivery, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of ICT Equipments for 130 schools.

3. Open competitive bidding will be conducted in accordance with ADB's Single-Stage: Two-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all Bidders from eligible countries as described in the Bidding Document.

4. Only eligible Bidders with the following key qualifications defined in the Bidding Document may participate in this bidding:

The Bidders shall have experience of successful completion as main supplier of at least two (2) supply contracts comprising one or combination of more items of Desktop, Smart Board, Printer, Router, Switch, Access Point, IP Camera (CCTV), Network Video Recorder (NVR), POE Switch, Projector and Network Rack within the last Three (3) years with each of value of at least US$ 1.65 million or Nepalese Rupees 221.4 million or equivalent.

6. Bidder should download the bidding documents from PPMO's e-GP system: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp. Bidders, submitting their bid electronically, should deposit a non-refundable fee of NPR 20,000 or USD 150 towards the cost of the Bidding Document in the following Rajaswa (revenue) account as specified below. The scanned copy (pdf format) of the Bank deposit voucher shall be uploaded by the bidder at the

time of electronic submission of the bids.

7. Pre-bid meeting shall be held at the office of Project Director of Central Level Project Implementation Unit (CLPIU) on 11th July 2025, 12:30 Hours (Nepal Standard Time (CLPIU).

8. Interested Bidders shall submit electronic bids through PPMO's e-GP System: www.bolpatra.gov.np/egp on or before 1st August 2025, 12:00 Hours (Nepal Standard Time) together with a Bid Security as described in the Bidding Document. Paper submission of Bid is not permitted. Only electronically submitted bids will be considered for evaluation.

9. Bids will be opened at the office of Project Director of CLPIU on 1st August 2025, 12:30 Hours (Nepal Standard Time) in the presence of Bidders' representatives who choose to attend. If the last date of Bid submission and opening falls on the public holiday, the corresponding activities will take place immediately on the day of opening of the office.
